Directions
- In a mortar, pound garlic and chillies together, add peanuts and dried shrimps and then slowly pound together.
- Season with lemon, fish sauce and palm sugar.
- Add shredded Papaya and carrot, green beans and cherry tomato, fold it in.
- Served with fresh vegetable such as Cabbage, green beans and Japanese cucumber.
